Not sure how this is gonna work or how much I will post. Just thought that I would give it a go and see what happens. I like to write...just don't get much chance to do so.
I live a bit of a crazy mixed up life. I have 4 boys that I am a mother to. I have 2 boys ages 11 years and 4 years and two step sons ages 13 years and 6 years old. My husband and I have been married for 9 months and have gone through what seems like a lifetime of ups and downs. WE are learning as we go on how to make a "blended" family work. It isn't easy and we have to really work hard to remember that just because someone has an opinion on how we should do things doesn't mean that we have to "act" on that opinion. We have to remember that although we are raising the boys they do have another parent that unfortunately gets a say in things as well. It can be difficult getting everyone on the same page but with some effort on all sides things seem to work themselves out in the end.
This blog is going to be a place for me to write how I feel.....work out some stuff that goes through my head.....vent about some stuff.....and most importantly find some ME time. Maybe along the way some one will be able to offer advice, get some ideas, realize that they aren't the only ones in a current situation etc......
